Jaikishan Khatri (ESR1) and Masoud Moghaddasi (ESR2) from UPV moved to UVEG for their first secondment. They will stay there for 2 months, till the end of April. They will review papers related to customer experience in retail, shopper classification and assessment of cognitive and functional capacities of shopper. They will also review the experiments definition document proposed by UVEG and plan the methodology for the next study under shopper characterization strategy.
